I checked the mail template and if there was a quota, mail8.ntf (8.01) and yes there was a quota.
I then closed Notes and restarted it using the -sa switch (Basic). I closed that, removed the -sa switch and restarted the Standard Client. The Mail Quota toolbar is back!
